Overview

IPC-1280 is a full-size CPU card built in
with VIA Eden low power CPU at speed of 400/667MHz,VGA,Sound,LAN and other
enhanced I/O interfaces. It is suitable for systems required a card
controller with multifunction. It has VGA function (up to 32MB share memory)
built in VIA CLE266 chip to simultaneously display both CRT monitor and LCD
panel. Together with the VGA function, IPC-1280 is also equipped with
Realtek ALC201A AC'97Codec sound chip providing stereo full duplex
multimedia environment to achieve conferencing and communication. All these features help the IPC-1280 to
perform the best quality of graphic image, animation and sound. It also
provides solutions for networking systems.
Embedded with VIA VT6103, the CPU card
supports 10/100Base-TX fast Ethernet. It has two 184-pin DDR DIMM sockets
supporting up to 2GB DDR DRAM, one Compact Flash slot, and one PPCI bus for
other expanded applications. Other features include a 32-pin SSD socket
supporting Disk-on-chip up to 288MB, 2 EIDE interfaces, 4 USB2.0, 1
parallel, and 2 COM ports, one of which can be configured as RS-232/422 or
RS-485.
